Bahan:
• 200 gr daging sapi, iris
• 2 bt, daun bawang, iris
• 6 bt kucai, iris
• 2 sdm kecap manis
• 2 sdm minyak goreng

Bahan Bumbu:
• 3 siung bawang putih
• 5 siung bawang merah
• 4 butir kemiri, bakar
• 2 cm kunyit
• 2 bt sereh, iris
• 2 lb daun salam
• 1 sdt gula
• 1 sdt garam
• ½ sdt lada hitam
• 400 ml air kaldu
• 100 ml santan
• ½ sdt biji pala bubuk
• 3 btr cengkeh

Pelengkap:
• 1 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
Cara Membuat:
1. Potong daging sapi ukuran dadu 2 cm
2. Haluskan bumbu, bawang putih, bawang merah, kemiri, kunyit, gula, garam, lada dan biji pala bubuk.
3. Siapkan wajan, panaskan, masukkan potongan daging, bumbu halus, sereh, daun salam, cengkeh dan air kaldu, tutup wajan dan masak selama 5 menit sambil sesekali dibalik, lalu buka masukan santan, kecap manis dan irisan daun bawang, tutup dan masak selama 1 menit, lalu sajikan dengan taburan irisan kucai dan bawang merah goreng
